Tutor Guidelines & Terms
PROCESS
1. Document Submission
All tutors are required to submit their updated resume/CV along with details of their highest educational qualification.
Please clearly mention:
The subjects you are able to teach The maximum class level you are comfortable teaching
2. Identification Verification
Tutors must provide valid identification documents to parents if requested.
This includes:
A government-issued Aadhaar Card A valid College/University ID card
3. Commission Policy
A 50% commission will be charged on the first month’s salary only.
This is a one-time payment.
No commission will be deducted from the salary in subsequent months.
4. Fraud and Misconduct
Any fraudulent activity or misconduct by a tutor with the organization or parents will result in strict legal action under the jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.
It is strictly prohibited for any tutor to demand advance payment from parents without authorization.
5. Client Follow-up Communication
If a parent contacts a tutor after a gap of a few days, weeks, or months following the demo class, the tutor must immediately inform the office.
This is essential for maintaining transparency and proper record management.
6. Professional Conduct
No candidate is allowed to send personal messages to other candidates.
If any male candidate is found disturbing or harassing a female candidate through personal messages, strict disciplinary action will be taken, including legal action. The individual will be immediately removed from the group.
Selection Process
Tutor selection for any tuition assignment will be conducted only after reviewing CVs.
Tuition appointments will be finalized after carefully evaluating all received CVs based on parents’ requirements.
We do not follow a first-come, first-served policy.
